What you will do
- ✓Research how clinicians work through shadowing and interviews
- ✓Design workflows, prototypes and production-ready interfaces in Figma
- ✓Maintain a design system that stays usable under time pressure
- ✓Test with real clinicians and iterate on what you learn
What we look for
- ✓3+ years of product design with a portfolio showing complex workflows
- ✓Fluent in Figma, prototyping and accessibility (WCAG)
- ✓Evidence-led approach to research and decisions
- ✓Health-tech or enterprise software experience preferred
