ML / AI Engineer
Build clinical AI models for triage, diagnostic support, and predictive analytics.
What you will do
- ✓Build, evaluate and deploy ML models for triage, risk prediction and decision support
- ✓Design human-in-the-loop AI features that escalate when uncertain
- ✓Run MLOps: monitoring, drift detection, versioning and reproducibility
- ✓Document model behaviour and limits for clinical and compliance reviewers
What we look for
- ✓3+ years shipping ML systems to production (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- ✓Strong evaluation discipline: bias, calibration and failure analysis
- ✓Experience with de-identified or regulated data
- ✓Bonus: clinical NLP, medical imaging or LLM agent experience
